History and Affiliations

The firm was founded in 1969 by R. L. Keller to provide accounting services. Lane Keller acquired the firm in 1993 and formed a registered investment advisory firm in 1998. Keller & Associates, CPAs has been a registered investment advisory firm since 1998. Substantial growth of the firm led to the formation of KMH Wealth Management, LLC in 2008 as a separate entity. KMH provides financial planning and investment services, while Keller & Associates, CPAs remains the tax and accounting firm. The firm has over 120 million dollars of client assets under management.
